Job Description

As our Video Strategist, you will be part of our exciting and growing company and will help promote the power of our video development services – streamlining our customers' business processes, making them more productive and successful. You will be responsible for developing new leads and opportunities, working marketing provided opportunities to close deals with new clients.

  • Connect with pre-qualified leads and opportunities and develop new leads and opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations over the phone and video conferencing
  • Build, qualify and manage internal pipeline database of opportunities and contacts
  • Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities within targeted industries
  • Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful sales close (including proposal development, implementation estimating, scope construction, and client presentations)
  • Meet and exceed revenue quotas
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls/opportunities/emails per day.
  • 3-6 Years experience in media or agency sales
  • Experience in managing sales cycles and pipeline
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions. 
  • Experience selling or producing video 
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume sales environment
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
  • Outstanding and professional written, verbal and presentation communications skills as well as a strong command of the English language
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment as well as on your own
  • Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate a strong business case and ROI of our video development services
  • Willingness to learn about video development from our expert production team
  • Ability to work remotely in the USA
