Andrew founded Levitate Media in 2009. Since then he has worked in a variety of positions across the company primarily focusing on growth and finance. In 2012, he took a 2-month, 15,000-mile road trip around the country visiting 50 of Levitate’s earliest clients. This reinforced the culture of meeting clients in person, something that Levitate Media strives to do to this day. He grew up in the Washington DC area but has spent the last 20 years dividing his time between Portland, OR, and San Francisco, CA. He currently resides in Portland and enjoys cooking, traveling, snowboarding, exploring the outdoors, and most of all spending time with his growing family.

Liz, our CEO, has been with Levitate since 2015, starting as a Producer and working her way through most roles in our company. She came to us with over 15+ years of sales and marketing experience working in the consumer goods industry. When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her lacrosse playing teenage daughters and husband. You may also find her outside foraging, planting something in her yard or tending to one of her 50+ indoor plants.

Justin has been with Levitate for over six years, bringing an extensive background in graphic design, motion design, and video editing. Justin’s creativity has lent itself to hundreds of both live and animated productions. When he’s not behind his computer, you can find him hiking the Pacific Northwest, playing baseball, or spending time with his wife and son.

John has been with Levitate Media since 2011 and now serves as a Partner. In his current role, he works closely with the sales and marketing team as well as Levitate Media’s CEO to help grow the company. Through this work, he helps to ensure clients receive top notch video work and an amazing production experience. John is originally from the DC Metro area but now lives in San Francisco with his family. Outside of work he enjoys biking through the hills of the Bay Area, pickup basketball at local parks, and being a father to his daughter.

With a background in marketing and business management, Meighan brings a sharp eye for detail and a love for organized, creative collaboration to her role as Production Coordinator. She’s previously coordinated large-scale events, managed cross-functional timelines, and supported creative teams from concept through execution. Outside of work, Meighan enjoys painting, arts and crafts, and exploring the outdoors with her cocker spaniel, Raya. You’ll often find her reading a new book, DIY-ing home projects, or spending time with family and friends.

Working as both Producer and Motion Editor, Hailey brings a unique perspective to video projects at Levitate. When she’s done with work for the day, you can find her buried in her books or hiking with her dogs, Cassian and Finn.

With a background in architecture and experiential design, Manuela recently completed her MSc in Creative Advertising with a focus on Art Direction from Edinburgh Napier University. In her spare time, Manuela finds meditation through running and dancing. As a resident Swiftie, her life mantra is “If I was able to manifest seeing Taylor Swift, I can manifest anything.”

Gerardo brings a wealth of experience in client-facing roles, having worked in sales and business development. His background includes managing client communications, qualifying leads, setting up meetings for sales teams, and ensuring top-notch client satisfaction. Outside of work, Gerardo enjoys spending time with friends and family and has a passion for music and fitness.

With over a decade of experience in Events, Video Production, and Art Direction, Yessica excels in production management and fosters seamless collaboration with her clients, both near and far. Based in Monterrey, Mexico, Yessica is a dedicated traveler and connoisseur of coffee and ice cream. When not balancing her professional commitments, Yessica pursues passions in portraiture, contemporary ballet, rock climbing, and hiking.

Abby joins Levitate with over five years of experience in B2B sales development. She co-authored an e-book on creating successful email templates and is proud to have ranked in the top 50 of Demandbase's '100 Powerful Women in Sales' list. Outside of her home in Cancún, México, Abby is a patron of the arts and can be found singing on stage or in choirs.

With over 15 years in digital media, Sasha specializes in video production, bringing a passion for streamlining complex workflows as Director of Production. She's produced award-winning B2B and B2C spots and loves mentoring the next generation of creatives. You might find her exploring the Pacific Northwest with her daughter when she's not leading production or whipping up new recipes to share with her friends and neighbors.

With over seven years of expertise in motion design and video editing, Ricardo has honed his skills through diverse projects, ranging from short films to captivating social media content. Having worked with notable firms like Kinde LLC, he excels in 2D motion design and animation, bringing adaptability and creativity to the table. Outside work, Ricardo enjoys movies, gaming, and making memories with his three sons.

With degrees in arts management and studio art, Christina loves working with non-profits that focus on social justice. She joined Levitate in early 2022 part-time and is currently a graphic designer with 15 years of experience. She lives in Charleston, SC, loves to paint and enjoys walking the city.

Ignacio Otero is a seasoned audiovisual and communications professional with a strong foundation in creative direction, content production, and brand storytelling. He began his career by founding and running his own production company, where he led multidisciplinary teams and developed integrated strategies for diverse clients. His skill set spans the entire production pipeline from filming and editing to managing teams of editors, animators, and producers. He brings both technical precision and creative insight to every project. Outside of work, Ignacio finds joy in building and restoring whether it’s carpentry, blacksmithing, or keeping his vintage car running. He stays grounded through sports, reading, and caring for his plants, always driven by curiosity and a love of craft in all its forms.

Liza comes to us with over 20 years experience in corporate, community, and grassroots marketing. She's passionate about helping businesses connect with their audience in meaningful ways, a shared value that bought her to Levitate Media. Liza spends her time handcrafting beautiful works of art in her Philadelphia home.

Our newest addition to the team, Bless joins us as our Sales Coordinator and resident ‘Swiftie’ (or Taylor Swift enthusiast). Born and raised in the Philippines, Bless enjoys cooking and spending time with her kids.

Candy has been working with Levitate since 2018 and brought over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting to the team. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, craft maker, and supporter of autism awareness. Candy, her family, and their five cats reside in the picturesque North Georgia Mountains.

Roban Kearby has over 15 years experience as a project manager, instructional designer, SaaS implementation consultant, and copywriter. An avid writer - he’s drafted over 600 scripts since 2010. In his free time, you’ll find him relaxing with an iced cold brew, lifting weights, or playing video games with his kids.
