Producer (Live-Action)

Levitate Media is looking for an experienced and motivated Live Video Producer and Production Manager to join our dynamic growing team. While producing great video content is a must, we place a premium on the ability to deliver excellent client service. This candidate must be able to problem solve on behalf of the client, and offer solutions that go above and beyond their expectations. The client must feel like they are in safe hands.

As a Live Producer at Levitate Media, you will be the main point of contact with the client and responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of pre- and post-production activities. Experience in budgeting, developing shot lists, creating schedules, shooting live action (studio and on-location), and creating and maintaining post workflow is essential. 

The right candidate will be positive, highly motivated, resourceful, and organized with high attention to detail. You must be able to multitask and manage several projects concurrently while making each client feel like their project is the most important. Communication is key in this role, whether it’s writing production or creative briefs, providing kick off call recap messages, sharing updates with clients or providing feedback to creatives, clear and concise written and verbal communication is a large piece of this role.

• Assign resources and hire freelance talent, vendors, and production crews; organize crew assignments, set schedules, and manage all related contracts, waivers, invoices, and releases

• 5+ years of experience (mid-level) in all aspects of video production
• Experience managing a team of creatives including live action crews, editors, animators and motion designers, DP’s, etc
• Excellent After Effects and Premiere skills with strong communication and leadership ability
• Proven track record of successfully delivering media projects on time, on budget, and on strategy
• Ability to work alone and within a team environment, adopting internal systems and workflows
• Desire to improve and grow, with the ability to accept feedback
• Agency and/or post-production experience preferred
